Key Responsibilities
Main Accountabilities
- Perform final checks of service proposals prior to issuance.
- Lead and attend kick-off, coordination, and clarification meetings.
- Ensure timely and high-quality submission of deliverables.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Commercial Manager.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the 1DCS Quantity Surveying Team.
- Conduct final QA/QC reviews prior to the submission of deliverables.
- Oversee the administration and management of the QS Team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Expertise in Quantity Surveying, especially in Commercial and Estimating functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
- Solid organizational skills with a commitment to ensuring high-quality outcomes.
