Job Description

Experience in Senior Level Pipeline QS (proficient in the piping and pipeline activities) working experience to enable the work Closely with Field Engineering, Procurement, Cost Control, Construction and contracts department to ensure Quantity and Cost control work flow established for the Project on all levels to ensure the risk identified during Project period based on the Project Contract document. Project schedule, Project quantity and Project deliverables to avoid schedule and cost impact.

Experiencing in  submitting the Fortnight report on the identification of all Risk Envisaged related to the Scope, Specification. Documents related to the Project and also to submit Periodically the Risk Mitigation plan based on the EPC/ Contractor performance.

Should be capable to Develop Strategic plan and provide fortnight report to management on Risk identified against the Quantum of the work and to submit the comprehensive plans to Mitigate the Risk to execute the projects within time and budgeted parameters

Able to work independently to review and provide report against Claim raised by EPC/ Implementation Contractor / Sub-contractor and advise Cost Controlled Solution to Management. Timely cross-checking the MTO with AFC drawings and updating the procurement team on any additional requirements to complete the project

Should understand the  Project Design methods & proven abilities for Anchoring best construction method to ensure project completion within the schedule & cost based on Continuous Monitoring of the Site activities.

Practical experinece in handling entire project strategic life cycle with competency on devising Quantity and material Scheduled  to implement with  Site management based on the Material delivery schedule , Construction schedule in line with Field progress for pipeline, Off‐plot ,  On‐Plot on interacting with other discipline of Piping , Mechanical , Civil, E&I , Hook up, Manifold ,flow line , 3rd party Tie-in and 3rd party interfaces for Schedule and Cist Control

Should be able to work Closely with Field Engineering and interact with other discipline QS to enable the construction methodologies Executed as per project requirement with concerned authorities and to control the vendor supplied material and 3rd Party Material.  prepared and finalized the Material Requisition packages for  Tie-in  during Construction stage for  pre-shutdown & shutdown activities ( Pipeline. Piping, E & I Tie -in’s)

Practical experience to work on Field changes for respective FCN , DCN  approval with Company against design Engineering, Contractor site reports interpretation for the material Control which includes the Red Line, Field Change & Design Change based on the Site variation and also for the Test pack approval & As- Buil requirement. Field verification of Tie in prior to demolition / construction for the Construction package endorsement before Execution

Should have extensive work experience in Installation Work package (IWP) and the Workface planning (WFP) for organizing and delivering (AWP) advanced work package methodology by implementing the IWP Work package with System / Sub Systems during construction phase by Disciplines, Areas / System / Sub- system with Milestones as per Approved Construction schedule.

Expert in the Quantification of Pipelines, Flowlines and Hook up including interacting and coordination with other discipline of civil ,  Electrical & Instrumentation works

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor of Engineering. (B.E ) In Pipeline / Mechanical Engineering / B.S (Technical) in the Recognised university (Full time)  

 

  • Reporting to ; Engineering manager / Technical office manager
