Quantity Surveyor – Frankfurt

Project-Data Centre

Salary/Package-€60-65k plus overseas package including flights and accommodation

Role responsibilities:

• Review and prepare subcontract documentation to ensure compliance.
• Price Mechanical and Electrical tenders for Sustaining Sites.
• Measure and price contract variations.
• Prepare monthly Interim Applications for Payments.
• Issue contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense claims.
• Provide accurate estimates and forecasts for project cash flow and turnover.

You will need:

3 - 5 years in a Quantity Surveying role

Knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical work packages
