Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) has an exceptional opportunity to work with a fantastic residential team in a vibrant region of Auckland. You will be working with an excellent design and build contractor that has been established in New Zealand for a number of years. They have a solid reputation in the industry and build some quite amazing projects.
With some increased levels of opportunity in the region and more projects getting signed up this year, this contractor has a requirement for solid intermediate or senior quantity surveyor to join this niche commercial team in a leadership role.
We are looking for a quantity surveying leader that has started to build up a solid portfolio of experience in the residential sector. Ideally you would have been exposed to helping to run or even running new build projects from a green field sites, taking them all the way from pre-construction to final account and hand over.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work on some quite amazing residential projects and taking your career to the next level. With some sites being quite the challenge, but equally amazing to be part of, while working closely with the client.
To be a success we need to see the following in your background -
- Related Construction Qualification
- New Build residential/light commercial knowledge
- 5 yrs min Construction experience in New Zealand
- Site based project knowledge
- Procore Software experience
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
- Driven/Motivated & 100% committed to successful outcomes
