Our clients is leading EPC organisation committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainable development. With a strong footprint in Zambia, they are driving impactful projects that shape the region’s future.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing project costs, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring value for money and adherence to budgets. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams on exciting infrastructure, energy, and construction projects.

The client is looking for someone with 3 years+ relevant experience. The role will work on a rotaion basis.

Accommodation and flights will be provided. Salary R45 000 NET take home. Must have a valid Passport

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules 
  • Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting 
  • Monitor project progress and valuations to control costs 
  • Manage variations, claims, and contractual negotiations 
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project delivery within budget and timeframes 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field 
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in EPC or construction environment 
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and procurement procedures 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills 
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, SAP) 
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and challenging environments
