JOB DESCRIPTION:


- Planning, developing sales strategies for specific region and the region's KPIs and budget to ensure all sales activities are in line with the company sales strategies and meet set KPIs for sales volume, Commercial PBIT, distribution expansion and special projects


- Setting and controlling Local Marketing Expenses, overhead budget to ensure the sales programs are implemented as scheduled and efficiently.


- Managing and developing the distribution system and channels in the region to achieve the sales and Commercial PBIT targets and to increase VBL's market share.


- Handling all issues relating to distributors and evaluating their performances regularly in order to have the appropriate actions/adjustments.


- Following and analyzing the sales performance through database, market visits and competitors' activities to have the appropriate actions.


- Giving the proposals/recommendations to CSOM and SD for revising or changing the sales policy in accordance with the market changes.


- Monitoring, leading, coaching and training sales teams to improve their performances, to enhance their skills in achieving the sales and Commercial PBIT (ASMs) targets, to provide customers/ consumers with good services and to be in compliance with the selling standards.


- Being accountable for deploying the activities and issues of Promotion Coordinators and Promoters to ensure their performances meet standards.- Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with stakeholders


- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking.


 


 


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


- Qualifications: University graduate in Business administration/Economics


- 5 year experience as a sales manager in FMCG field


- Good communication/interpersonal skills
