Your team

The Retail Sportsbook team is a central point in defining and implementing the retail customer plan. It plays a central focus in bringing together teams from across Operations, Trading, Marketing and Product to deliver a market leading customer proposition. The team is responsible for setting and delivering the retail revenue budget. It consists of Commercial Managers who are aligned with the product verticals, who are responsible for collaborating with partners and suppliers to deliver best-in-class propositions.

What you’ll do

• Own reporting of combined Retail Sportsbook P&L performance across the UK and Ireland Retail estates including omnichannel
• Support the commercial planning for Retail Sportsbook and alignment with key partners to ensure clear priorities that maximise revenues
• Support the optimisation of content and customer facing marketing so that customers are presented with the most compelling offers, and betting opportunities at all times
• Be responsible for the day to day agenda with key suppliers and oversee contract negotiations for international content.

• Lead in the execution of commercial opportunities to drive differentiation and win market share

How you’ll do it

• Ability to deliver against customer needs, and ideally by effectively pulling marketing and product levers.
• Strong analytical and processing ability, based on structured problem-solving and an evidence based approach. SQL experience desirable.
• Be highly efficient at processing work with the ability to balance multiple different tasks across varied partners
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate well and develops lasting relationships.
• Clear desire to succeed in a driven market and develop promotion plans which win market share
