Our Client is a global leader in the 3PL logistics sector! We are actively seeking a Senior Commercial Manager specializing in regional and field sales to enhance our team. This pivotal role will focus on driving commercial growth across Asia, targeting strategic accounts, and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative commercial strategies aimed at increasing revenue and profitability in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden our market share.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and global counterparts.
  • Performance Management: Establish a functional reporting sales channel to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Market Knowledge: Experience in developing clients utilizing Asia to USA routes is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
