What you'll do:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets
  • Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
  • Managing contract negotiations and procurement processes
  • Monitoring project costs and progress
  • Providing expert advice on contractual matters and commercial issues
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

What they are looking for:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related qualification
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, costs, and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
