Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects. At their vibrant and dynamic company, they believe that work should be rewarding and enjoyable. Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, and pricing materials for tender submissions.
• Conduct thorough cost analysis, including price comparison and evaluation, to ensure project budgets are adhered to.
• Manage project documentation, including interim valuations, contract variations, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient cost control and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to negotiate contracts and resolve any cost-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance cost management strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in Construction industry.

• Number Crunching Enthusiasm: You've got a knack for numbers and a love for calculations. Your attention to detail is second to none, and you're always ready to dive into the nitty-gritty of cost management.

• Team Spirit: Collaboration is the name of the game here. We're looking for team players who can work alongside our talented project teams, contractors, and suppliers. Your positive attitude and willingness to learn will make you a valuable addition to our squad.
