Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

An experienced QS is required within the commercial team of successful utilities contractor based in Bellshill.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, this role is a senior position where you will take commercial lead on Utilities projects up to £20mil in value and hold supervisory responsibilities for graduate / trainee Quantity Surveyors. The position has arisen as a result of continued company growth, driven by consistent successful project delivery across Scotland over the past 10 years. This has secured repeat business and long-term positions on key national frameworks.

You will have a minimum of 5–10 years’ commercial experience. Experience within the Civils or Utilities sector is not essential; however, you will bring the right personal attributes and character to support the development of the commercial team, build and maintain key client relationships, and play a key role within the commercial function of a growing business.
