  • You will join a growing team of dedicated Commercial Managers and other related professionals, who work together across multiple sectors to expand your experience.

  • As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Pre and post contract commercial aspects of projects ranging in size and complexity.

  • This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various stages of commercial management within a diverse and challenging environment.


YOUR TEAM


You will be part of our Project Management and Commercial Management Team.  The team is made up of around 400 people across the UK providing Programme and Project Management, Commercial Management and Project Controls Services to deliver Buildings and Infrastructure Projects.  You will be within the Civil Infrastructure and Utilities Group and will work across a range of sectors including, Highways, Water, Energy, Defence and Environmental Projects.  You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team working with technical experts from across WSP to deliver services to our clients.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Are not afraid to challenge the status quo, to try innovative solutions and learn from past experiences.

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with CostX and CEMAR software is desirable.

  • Having previous experience of working in a Commercial management or consulting role would be an advantage, particularly within the water, energy, environment, infrastructure, or transport sectors.

  • RICS or CIOB chartership would be advantage, but working towards your RICS or CIOB would be considered.

  • Hold a degree, or similar higher education qualification.
