What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Lead tender and bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting.
✅ Analyse bids to ensure best value outcomes for clients.
✅ Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations, and cost reports.
✅ Manage project budgets and clearly communicate variations to stakeholders.
✅ Support final account negotiations and claims resolution.
✅ Produce clear cost documentation to drive timely, informed project decisions.
✅ Mentor and develop junior team members to foster growth and excellence.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment.
📊 Expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management across diverse projects.
🏅 Chartered (MRICS/AIQS) or working towards completion—full support provided.
💬 Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a focus on relationships.
⚡ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
