Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor – MEP, Makati

You’ll be responsible for:
- Support feasibility, value management, cost planning and MEP procurement activities.
- Assist delivery of robust cost plans, estimates and commercial advice.
- Support procurement, contract documentation, valuations and variation management.
- Contribute to cost control, financial reporting and change management.
- Assist with certifications, practical completion and final account close‑out.
- Collaborate with teams, coach junior staff and support net zero carbon outcomes.
You’ll need to have:
- Proven cost planning, estimating and commercial awareness, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Sound understanding of contracts, measurement, costs, timescales and delivery risk.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation capability.
- Digitally competent, improvement‑focused, with awareness of sustainability, social value and industry best practice.
