Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS – NEC
A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage quantity surveying duties from the pre-contract to post-contract stages
- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Measure and value subcontracts, assisting in the agreement of subcontract interim and final accounts
- Attend site inspections and site meetings with subcontractors
- Review documentation, identify value variations, and manage subcontract payments and liabilities
- Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement, and record collation at construction sites
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in quantity surveying; NEC experience is highly preferred
- Project experience with a main contractor is an advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
