Senior Quantity Surveyor (Residential projects) – Construction Industry

A dynamic opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in residential developments to take the lead on exciting construction projects based in Bellville, Cape Town.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on residential developments
• Proficiency in CCS Candy is essential
• Sound knowledge of Dimension X
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Xero Accounting Software and Smartsheet will be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
