You will join a leading residential construction company that is committed to delivering homes that are setting new standards in excellence. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team and be a part of projects of up to €300m in value.

As one of Ireland’s most innovative and dynamic property developers, they can provide you with a position that will allow you to stand out as a senior level Quantity Surveyor and be recognised for your expertise and achievements. You will play a critical role in overseeing cost management, contract administration and financial control on this prestigious housing construction project.

You will need:

• A relevant Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar 


• At least 7/8 years of construction experience

Residential experience is desirable but not essential.
