 Our cost and commercial team are looking for Graduates to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pre-contract Quantity Surveying work
  • Cost management, calculating measurements, Bill of Quantities, cost estimating, billing, elemental breakdowns
  • Supporting with project management & tendering
  • Prepare estimates of variation work
  • Supporting conceptual design
  • Liaison with clients, stakeholders, other professional bodies and contractors
  • Compliance with quality, safety and environmental procedures
  • Site working as part of the training experience

 

You will be supported proessionally and financially towards achieving your accreditation through an internationally recognized professional institution, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • No more than two years relevant work experience
  • Drive and self motivation to achieve chartered status with the relevant institution
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgements
  • Knowledge of BIM and it's application will be an advantage.
