Job Description
- Management of Customer Services, Customer Complaints, Customer Relations.
- Consult and process the energy application, liaise with client (or investor), electrical consultant, Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan for the energy application matter.
- Delivery of Customer Satisfaction Survey as required by License.
- Update and review Meter Accuracy List with completed Meter Accuracy WO & forms.
- Preparation, implementation and review of Commercial Procedures and Standing Instructions
- Delivery of Energy Efficiency information to customers and Malaysia Energy Literacy Program (MELP) activities.
- Monitoring, recording and reporting on Customer Service Performance Criteria
- Monitoring, recording and reporting on Suruhanjaya Tenaga Minimal Service Level (MSL) and Guarantee Service Level (GSL).
- Management of Debts Collection in cooperation with Financial Controller.
- Preparation of reports on commercial activities for inputting into Distribution Reports.
- Preparation and submission of tenant load monthly status report to NUR.
- Development, Preparation and Maintenance of Customer Database.
- Liaison with statutory and regulatory bodies (Energy Commission, Local Authority, TNB) on Commercial Matters.
- Liaison with NUR Nominated representative on Commercial topics.
- Liaison with Customers and Customerβs Representatives as required (including potential customers) for applications for New Supply or Increased Supply.
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting on Power Quality to Customers, NUR and Statutory bodies.
- Management of billing system & customer care system to record and track customer service requests (when the system will be in operation)
- Meeting customers on a regular basis to discuss issues pertaining to billing, supply, maintenance dates, Power Quality and Efficient Energy Management
- Conduct safety audits
- Do standby duties if required
Job Requirements
- Hold Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferable major in power system, general electrical and electronic E&E is acceptable)
- Registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia.
- At Least 7 years of working experience in electrical base industrial.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in customer services.
