The Job:
- Enhance operation efficiency and maximize sales profits for a group of 40 to 50 stores
- Interact with internal departments regularly
- Effectively implement sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans at store level
- Ensure smooth running of retail operation processes
- Motivate a team of frontline staff in providing excellent services to customers
The Person:
- Tertiary education or equivalent
- 8 years of supervisory experience in the retail, catering, fashion & apparel or related industries
- Strong experience in retail operations and management
- Sensitive to the commercial market
- Customer-oriented, mature, results-oriented and able to work independently
- Good analytical and communications skills
