Analyse project revenues and direct/indirect costs against forecasts on an on-going basic
Establish procurement strategy and planning with relevant teams in project
Coordinate with collections team for timely collection of payments from clients
Coordinate with financial institutions for timely payment to suppliers and sub-contractors
Create project cash flow reports periodically basis analysis of costs incurred across all cost centers
Prepare, submit and monitor monthly progress claims to the client
Manage competing priorities and conflicts with other work streams
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
NEC experience is preferable
Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to contracting
Strong leadership skills and decision making
Good communication and interpersonal skill
