Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team to help oversee the commercials for a new project.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, partners, and customers to maximize value for the company
Ensure appropriate company standards, processes and policies are implemented for legal and commercial requirements
Provide expertise in proper financial control across projects including cost control, forecasting, project reporting and claims management
Supervise the pre-contract team in bid strategy and commercial risk positioning and preparation of internal risk position papers.
Review and advise on major head contract / key subcontract terms and conditions and any variations to the subcontract conditions or work scope
Required Skills and Competencies
5+ years of experience in commercial management in large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
Demonstrated ability to motivate/manage/influence multi-disciplinary teams
Sound legal, commercial and risk management knowledge
