Location: Bogota, Colombia

Core mission: Lead Key Account & Client Management programs and polices and provide strategic direction to retain and strengthen client relationships and implement programs and policies that better suit the business objective. Inspire and lead commercial team, promoting team work, core values and drive to achive business objective.

Responsibilities:

  •  Lead Key Account & Client Management programs and polices and provide strategic direction to retain and strengthen client relationships and implement programs and policies that better suit the business objective.
  •  Design and develop strategies and policies to ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients
  •  Lead successful deployment of the Key Account & Client Management strategy for all client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
  • Define processes and policies related to all verticals of Key Account & Client Management and build Industry-specific relationship management activities, including broking, financial planning, asset management, advertising account management, etc.
  •  Extensive contact and negotiating with other departments and external parties with conflicting objectives
  •  Influence and challenge key stakeholders effectively
  •  Develop strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with senior business leaders
  •  Influence others across Galderma and externally as a  recognized thought leader representing the Group
  •  Foster cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems

Profile:

Education:

Especialization in business management / o MBA / o PHd

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years total experience
  • 3-6 years as regional manager/ channel manager or sales manager
  • Solid experience leading team o 4 people minimum.
  • Solid experience in pharmacy channels required.
  • Fluent in English is desired for growth expectations.
