- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly in dams and hydro projects, is highly desirable.
- Prepare and manage material procurement schedules.
- Preparation of Cost Reports and reviewing of project cost reports.
- Tracking and controlling project costs against budget, identifying and mitigating potential overruns.
- Managing all contractual aspects of the project, including preparing tender documents, reviewing contracts, and handling variations.
- Identifying and managing potential commercial risks and opportunities, including value engineering exercises.
- Preparing and managing material procurement schedules.
- Reviewing and approving subcontractor quotations and payments.
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and contract law.
- Proficient in cost management software and tools
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and techniques.
