Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager – Consulting Industry

RPO Recruitment’s client , is currently in search of a proactive Intermediate Quantity Surveyor  / Cost Manager  who can join their team in Tivat, Montenegro

Requirements:

• Quantity Surveying degree/diploma
• Registration with SACQS and or MRICS
• Minimum 5-7 years post qualification experience
• Proficiency with CostX , DimX  and  BIM
• Valid Passport
• Proven track record of working and negotiation FIDIC contracts
• Experience in Residential and Leisure (Hotel / Resorts) projects and Mixed use developments
