Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career while gaining exposure to a wide range of projects across multiple sectors. Assist with quantity take-offs and preparation of cost estimates. Conduct site measurements and support project cost control.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • BTech or Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 1–2 years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Practical experience with take-offs and site measurements
  • Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, WinQS, OST, DimensionX
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
