Introduction

A leading construction company, specializing in the building of high-end residential houses, in the Winelands region is looking to appoint a Junior Quantity Surveyor with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.  Only candidates who resides in the Boland and bigger Cape Town area should apply.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Estimating and cost planning

  • Procurement advice

  • Tender document preparation

  • Tender reporting

  • Contract administration and cost control

  • Interim valuations

  • Cost reporting

  • Final account preparation,

  • Contract and dispute advice

  • Carrying out Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator / Project Manager duties.

  • Appointment and co-ordination of other consultants

  • To attend meetings and undertake site visits.


Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum requirements:



  • Matric

  • B.Sc/B.Tech in Quantity Surveying

  • Minimum 1 years' experience

  • Experience in high-end residential Construction projects

  • Project management experience will be an advantage 


Package & Remuneration

R18 to R28k per month depending on experience
