To support the site and commercial team through accurate measurement, payment certification, and contractual administration on live construction projects under JBCC contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Measurement & Valuations
- Measure works from drawings and site for:
- Monthly subcontractor payment certificates
- Progress valuations
- Variations and dayworks
- Prepare and maintain subcontractor measurement sheets and supporting documentation
- Assist with final account measurements
Subcontractor Payment Administration
- Review and prepare monthly subcontractor payment claims
- Reconcile claimed quantities against site progress
- Prepare payment certificates for Project QS approval
- Track retention, materials on site, and payment status
Site & Contract Administration
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Site Instructions
- Variation orders
- Commercial correspondence and claim support
- Assist with JBCC-compliant documentation and registers
Site Coordination
- Work closely with Site Engineers, Foremen, and Subcontractors
- Verify completed work on site to support valuations and claims
