Introduction

Turnkey Interiors (Pty) Ltd based in Bryanston , Sandton are seeking a PQS, Full Time Permanent, based at their offices.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reading construction drawings and compiling quotes and budget estimates from those drawings.
  • Compiling and maintaining rate sheets.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
  • Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Managing project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Procurement, including placing purchase orders and managing supplier orders.
  • Proficient in Excel

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant degree and minimum 5 working years experience

Package & Remuneration

R 45 - 50,000.00 CTC dependant on skills and experience
