Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Cost planning, estimates, tenders, and contract administration
  • Providing commercial input on building services and infrastructure projects
  • Building strong client relationships and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams

Desired Experience & Qualification

What You Bring:

  • Relevant DEGREE and Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor (ASAQS/SACQSP)
  • Minimum 5-8+ years proven track record in building services and property development projects
  • Leadership, commercial insight, and problem-solving ability
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be completely fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset
  • The passion to grow with the company into a senior role
  • Dynamic and keen to grow 
  • Must be living in Cape Town or prepared to relocate to Cape Town
  • Must have own transport with valid driver's license, prepared to travel to construction sites as may be required
  • Must be medically fit and willing to work on construction sites

Package & Remuneration

Attractive market related salary package is negotiable depending on qualifications, registrations, and post-qualification experience.
