Our client is a leading quantity surveying and project management consultancy providing professional cost management and built-environment services across a range of commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.
They are currently seeking a Professional Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, taking responsibility for cost management, procurement, financial reporting and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 6–7 years’ relevant Quantity Surveying experience

Education: BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in commercial, residential and/or mixed-use project
- Professionally registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor with SACQSP
Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs from inception through to completion
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, valuations and financial reports
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities and tender documentation
- Manage procurement processes and evaluate tenders
- Conduct valuations, payment certificates and final accounts
