Duties & Responsibilities

ENVIRONMENT:

Calling all QUANTITY SURVEYORS with a keen interest in The Netherlands, then this is the opportunity for you!!!

Our client, a Dutch Consultancy is looking for a highly motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join Construction teams in the Netherlands and grow their careers in an international environment. Applicants will require a Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying with 1-3 years suitable experience including Internships or Graduate experience and have the ability to read construction drawings and assist with cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities. Please note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Netherlands and meet the applicable work authorisation requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
  • 1–3 Years of relevant experience, including Internships or Graduate experience.
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Valid Driver's licence and passport.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and assist with cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities.
  • Good numerical, analytical and communication skills.
