We are seeking qualified Professional Quantity Surveyors to join a dynamic project environment. The role focuses on managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting successful delivery across construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and experience working across the full project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying (NQF Level 7)
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
Professional registration with SACQSP (essential)
Experience in project management (advantageous)
Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
Ability to prepare and interpret Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation
Good knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
