Responsibilities:
- Assist to carry out subletting for works packages according to company procurement procedure;
- Assist to prepare tender estimates & budget;
- Assist to procure construction materials;
- Assist to prepare cost implication for compensation events;
- Assist to prepare payment applications to the Employer / Client;
- Assist to prepare valuation of subcontractor payments
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Building / Civil projects;
- Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin would be an advantage);
- Experience in New Engineering Contract (NEC) option C will be and added advantage
- Experience in MiC project is an advantage
- Candidates with higher qualification and more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor
