Key Requirements:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Proficient in CCS/Candy
- Proficient in BuildSmart
- Familiar with QTO measuring
- Must be familiar with JBCC Contracts
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Managing costs on a wide variety of building projects
- Oversee and report all site cost management functions
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Assigning work to subcontractors
- Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
