About the Role

• Prepare and submit cost estimates for the proposed work to the Employer for approval.
• Prepare and submit monthly payment claims and final account for the Contract to the Employer for approval.
• Verify Payment Claims, Interim Certificates and Work Orders (including Bills of Items of works) submitted by the Employer’s appointed contractors/specialists/suppliers and submit it to the Employer for approval.
• Evaluate, verify and recommend that “star rate items” and seek the Employer’s approval before proceeding the work and.
• Collate all-star rates and quotation rates, analyze and review them to feed forward for future procurement.

About You

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in consultancy, construction, facilities management-related organisation.
