Ideal Candidate Profile:

·       Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

·       Proven experience administering NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4 preferred)

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Experience with contract management platforms such as CEMAR (desirable)

·       Working toward RICS chartership is advantageous

·       Generous employer pension scheme

·       Private healthcare and life insurance

·       Maternity/paternity benefits and childcare salary sacrifice scheme

·       25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

·       Laptop and mobile phone provided

·       Director-led structure ensuring ongoing mentorship and senior support

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in technical consultancy and take on a hands-on role delivering strategic commercial support on some of the UK’s most complex infrastructure projects.
