My client is leading building regional contracter regional offices in East Yorkshire. They operate throughout the Region, delivering a variety of projects including Industrial, Commercial and retail buildings ranging up to £10m. They have an impressive log book of work which is a testament to their unique approach and utilisation of experience which they have at their disposal.
The ideal, ambitious candidate will have the following skills and experience:
·Regional Builder Background or similar
·Buying/Procurement Experience
·Monthly Cost Reporting & Monitoring
·Thinking Surveyor not process driven
·Experience with projects including care homes, schools and industrial units is preferred but not essential
·Project Values £0.75m - £10m
·Degree Qualified or HNC minimum with relevant experience
·Package: Competitive Salary, plus, Car Allowance, Pension, Bonus, Holidays etc
