Quantity Surveyor

The applicant Quanty Surveyor will take an active consulting role with project team to ensure that financial aspects of the project meet the projects plans by executing the following:- 

• Prepare cost analysis based on project specifications and compile bills of quantities


• Evaluate quotations and assist in procuring materials for building works from suppliers


• Measuring perimeters and interpreting building plans and reporting on variations


• Evaluation and vetting of contracts including sub-contractors' service level agreements


• Evaluate bids/tender documents and compile the costing and bills of quantity information


• Carry out monthly review on Project progress and take necessary measures on any deviations


• Manage claims for work done and ensure invoices are submitted and payments made


• Vetting and preparation of tender and contract documents 


• Produce applicable report to management according to project plans
