Requirements:
- BTech or BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Professional Registration with SACQSP (South African Council of the Quantity Surveying Profession)

- Registration with SACQSP as a Candidate QS
The Role:Β - Leading site meetings, escalating queries, and translating technical reports into actionable plans.
- Monthly reporting to external funders, co-authorising fund releases, and ensuring cash flows are up to date.
- Delivering professional Quantity Surveying services internally and to external partners.
- Adapting to change with composure, ensuring compliance, upskilling teams, and supporting value-driven project execution.
- Take accountability for financial risk management on projects, monitoring, reporting, and mitigating risks to deliver top results within budget.
- Administer contracts, manage compliance, ensure extensions are applied for, and address any irregularities directly.
- Empower teams on-site: advise clients on contract obligations, guide material and resource management, and take swift action when necessary.
- Ensure only approved payment certificates are processed, accounts are reconciled, and drawdowns and materials stay within budget.
- Oversee resource procurement, subcontractor appointments, scheduling, and support best practices in every phase of project delivery.
