Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Cost management of all company's construction projects from the pre, during, and post-construction stages
- Contract preparation including details of required materials, budgets, BOQ, and other documentation
- Responsible for project cost control and preparation of valuation report.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders for efficient cost management
- Responsible for project measurement and billing during construction
- Managing and supervising the performance of junior quantity surveyor
- Collate material for labor requests on sites
- Prepare and follow-up payments to sub-contractor
- Update project expenses for each project
- Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
- Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying
-
Be a Registered Quantity Surveyor with NIQS/QSRBN.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proximity to Victoria Island is compulsory
