Introduction

We are looking for a Professional Quantity Surveyor to join our fast-paced and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost management, project estimation, and contract administration across a range of construction projects.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and feasibility studies.

  • Manage budgets, valuations, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Oversee tender processes and contract negotiations.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.


Desired Experience & Qualification


  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

  • Professional registration with SACQSP is essential.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction or property development.

  • Experience in a consultancy that focuses on construction.Β
