Qualifications and experience
BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying
5 to 10 years or more experience
Proficiency in WinQs and DimX
Key responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying
Compiling project estimates with detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
Measuring and taking-off drawings as required
Leading engagements with Clients and Consultants throughout all project stages
Ensuring material estimates are prepared and production budgets are drafted
Advising on cost and contractual requirements and preparing contract documents
Preparing claims and submitting invoices
Leading the Cost Management Team and ensuring successful delivery
Compiling monthly cost reports
Ensuring Final Accounts are prepared and approved
Managing contracts on a national level
Skills and attributes
Strong managerial and technical skills
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments
Skilled in complex problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing
