Quantity Surveyor

On behalf of our client, a well-established construction and development company in Cyprus, Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Larnaca.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong technical and commercial understanding to contribute to the delivery of high-spec residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ).

• Lead cost estimation, tendering, and bid evaluation processes.

• Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage procurement, material orders, and supplier/subcontractor payments according to agreed terms.

• Collaborate closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• Member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or development projects.

• Excellent understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and cost analysis.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel), and MS Project or similar software.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Valid driving license and willingness to visit project sites as needed.
