Quantity Surveyor
Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE, formed in 2016 to support the council in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainable land and property portfolio.
We deliver multi-disciplinary services and consult, design, build, manage and
maintain on behalf of the council and the communities and people it represents.
We provide value for money, quality of output, and customer excellence to
support regeneration and economic growth, for Nottinghamshire and beyond.
Your new role:
We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team. You’ll be responsible for providing a high-quality cost management and estimating service for allocated projects.
The team is made up of 6 Quantity Surveyors and 1 Estimator, so there’s lots of opportunity to collaborate, share ideas and implement best practice.
The projects are as interesting as they are diverse, from Major Capital projects such as the County Councils new offices at Top Wighay and new build Education projects to refurbishment projects under the County Councils School Building Improvement Programme. All our sites are based in Nottinghamshire giving you a better work life balance. You’ll also have the support of the wider team to create cost-effective, innovative approaches to even the most complex challenges.
