Person must be based in the area.
Duties & Responsibilities
5 years of experience in E & I Construction environment
Experience in tenders
Contract administration: working experience of NEC 3, FIDIC, GCC etc
Manage financial evaluations
Management of contractual terms
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bcom in Quantity Surveying or construction management
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Experience in site/construction and project management of E & I Projects
Package & Remuneration
R600 neg, must have your own vehicle, annual bonus based on personal KPI's
