Duties and Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas
Manage and control project costs and budgets
Prepare and submit monthly valuations and revenue applications
Monitor and manage project cash flow
Compile and manage cost reports and forecasts
Interpret tender documentation and conditions of contract
Liaise with clients, consultants, and Employers’ Agents
Assist site management in achieving production and financial targets
Ensure accurate measurement and agreement of quantities

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (building projects)
Experience on site-based construction projects
Experience managing project financials, cost reporting and valuations
Advanced MS Office Suite
Advanced CCS and BuildSmart
Must be willing to be site-based with periodic travel
Advantageous
Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Legal Requirements
No criminal record
Valid driver’s license
Negotiable based on experience
