Duties & Responsibilities
Support the RE/PM in preparing and administering contractual documentation, including early warnings, site instructions, variation orders, compensation events, claims and contractual correspondence to the PM for review.
Assist in developing, updating and monitoring the project programme, identifying delays and risks.
Measure completed works and assist with interim valuations, payment certificates and final accounts.
Maintain records of quantities, variations, claims, site instructions and contractual correspondence.
Monitor contractor progress, costs and resource utilisation, and prepare commercial and progress reports.
Assist with quantity take-offs, cost estimates, cash flow forecasts and Bills of Quantities.
Attend site meetings, prepare minutes and maintain action registers.
Assist with procurement activities and review contractor submissions.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Support project close-out, including final measurements and handover documentation.
Advanced level of MS Office (Word / Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)

Desired Experience & Qualification
Β Degree in Quantity Surveying.
A min of 3 years relevant experience in Bulk Material Handling and Site related works.
Assist the Resident Engineer/Project Manager with contract administration in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
