My client in the luxury residential property development industry is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team. Must have experience in Residential Property Development with completed relevant Bachelors Degree (Quantity Surveying).
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Bill of Quantities
- Preparation of resource list
- Negotiating Rates: Subcontractor valuations and payments
- Cost Control: monitoring and reporting on costs during the construction of projects and determining the final costs of projects
- Variation order processing/change management and reporting
- Reporting on shrinkage/ wastage
- Liaising between project team, architectural, and procurement teamsΒ
