Quantity Surveyor

A leading construction company in Gauteng is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying and procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.

• Responsible for cashflow and cost reporting.
• Ensure commercial processes are adhered to at all times.
• Identify risks and manage supply chain effectively.
• Make sure interaction between operational sites teams and commercial team is always professional. 
• Running of meetings, measurement and control of budgets.

• Tertiary Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 8 - 10 years working experience in the building sector. 
• CCS software experience.
• Experience in the high density residential building sector will be an advantage.

R550 000 CTC - R720 000 CTC (Negotiable depending on experience)
